Join other Jewish women in celebration of the new moon- a traditionally special holiday for women. We learn about the mystical energies that are being revealed during each particular month and engage in a creative project to enhance and ground our learning.

Rosh Chodesh Shvat Gathering
“Food for the Soul:” An in depth and hands on examination of the tikkun (rectification) of this month- the act of eating. We will celebrate with a “Aleph B’Shvat Seder” replete with all the types of fruits and goodies from the 7 holy species of Israel and learn about the spiritual significances of each fruit. Please RSVP to Aviva with the particular fruit you would like to bring to share.
